I have recently made a few updates to the Aster Hobbies website mainly to mention that the new Aster Duchess kits in BR Blue is now virtually sold out.
I am still very much learning to use the website so contents may seem a little muddled but the gist of it that kits are now in stock for dispatch.

The good news is that progress is being made on a prototype model. Hopefully we will have this in the UK for evaluation and customer approval during the summer of 2013.

A very comprehensive 40 page live steam guide is an excellent introduction to the hobby and thoroughly recommended to anyone considering a start in this branch of our hobby.

Read Full »I am pleased to report that the first delivery of factory built-up models arrived on the afternoon prior to the Gauge One Model Railway Association’s AGM on 28th November 1999. So a number of customers had the good fortune to be the first in the World to take delivery of this new Aster model.
